We hosted exclusive track days at the legendary Tsukuba Circuit TC2000, TC1000, Nikko Circuit and Mobara Twin Circuit — giving our customers the chance to experience our sports cars in their natural habitat!
During all of our NRT Track Days, we had the special honor of inviting SUPER GT driver Tatsuya Kataoka as a guest instructor. Whether it was cornering practice or full-on hot lap attacks, it was a rare opportunity for both beginners and seasoned drivers to learn and enjoy the experience.

Track Instruction: Introduction to circuit guidelines, on-track manners and flags explanation, Individual guidance (vehicle setup, seating adjustments, addressing participant questions) Kataoka-san driving your vehicle for a passenger ride Kataoka-san demonstrating/performance in his own vehicle (tentative) Full track timed runs, Kataoka-san providing guidance and feedback to each participant after observing the entire course.

We are back with another Driving Lesson Track Day event for beginners!
NRT Rent-A-Car is again proudly partnering with one of Japan’s most experienced racing driver, Mr. Tatsuya Kataoka. He is currently racing in the 2023 season of Super GT with countless trophies throughout his racing career.
This time with also drifting lessons! Come join us for some basic drift practice in your own car.
Our well maintained fleet of sport cars will be available for rental (grip only) to be used during the event, with Japanese to English and Japanese to Cantonese translation services provided.

Events of the day :
Grip class Basic understanding of driving on the Mobara track including rules, flags and characteristics of the track. Driver understanding, Kataoka-san will hear from everyone what their level is, car setting, driving position. Full acceleration and braking practices on a slope. Slalom practices and time attack with feedback from Kataoka-san. Passenger ride with Kataoka-san driving your car! Get to know how to control your car better. Full track free run time available, Kataoka-san will observe and give advise for further improvement.

Any damage to the car, track and/or the affected parties are the sole responsibilities of the driver who is driving the car i.e. you. - You must wear a helmet, gloves, long sleeves shirt and pants on the track. - Windows from the driver’s side must be closed. - Please be ready to go on the track 5mins before your session begins. - The race is over when the checkered flag flies. Use your hazard light to leave the track slowly.
